Morgan Lewis
OPERATIONS MANAGER
A recent graduate of UC Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Minor in Applied Psychology and Exercise & Sports Studies, Morgan has extensive experience in sports management and lifeguarding. As a Team Manager for a Division 1 sports team and Lead Lifeguard, Junior Lifeguard Instructor, and Surf Camp Instructor in Santa Barbara, Morgan developed strong leadership, organization, and safety management skills.
An accomplished athlete, Morgan was recruited to UCSB as a Division 1 Women’s Water Polo player and earned MVP of the Pacific Coast Division of the Collegiate Water Polo Association for their club program. Consistently excelling academically, Morgan made the Dean’s Honor List from 2019 to 2023.
With certifications in Psychological First Aid and CPR/First Aid, Morgan brings a combination of creativity, organization, and passion for women’s sports and emotional intelligence to every role. A lifelong athlete, Morgan is dedicated to promoting equality for women in sports and creating opportunities for female athletes to thrive.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys an active lifestyle in San Diego, with a love for water sports, skiing, and socializing. Guided by core values of passion and empathy, Morgan is committed to supporting young girls and women in achieving their fullest potential in both sports and life.
