Wendy Chin is Managing Director of Pinnacle HR, a Leadership Executive Coach, HR and Talent Director, and a passionate advocate of building high performing teams, emotionally intelligent leaders, and bridging top talent with amazing opportunities.
Wendy partners with executives and their teams across Europe and the US to deliver organizational growth through people. With a 25+ year career working and leading HR teams, Wendy has a depth of strategic HR advisory talents which enables her to partner with executives and their teams to build their organisational capability and hire critical senior team members to drive commercial success.
Wendy is qualified with an MBS in Management and Organization Studies from Smurfit Graduate School of Business, a BA in History and Business from University California Los Angeles, and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Executive Coaching from Kingston College in Dublin. Wendy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Goleman ei Meta Coach.
As a young adult, Wendy spent her free time playing soccer, tennis, basketball, gymnastics, and skiing. Wendy is now an avid trail runner and enjoys hiking. She recently completed the Milford Trail in New Zealand covering 75km over 5-days. As a mom of 4, she proudly cheers her children on from the side of the pitch – fondly remembering how important sport is to build critical life skills – confidence, teamwork, resilience, empathy, and leadership.
